TUE 18 Depart for overnight flight to Ireland.  Meal served on board.

WED 19  Arrive in Dublin this morning and after clearing immigration and collecting our luggage we will be met by our driver/guide, Dave Yeates.  Dave will escort us to our private motor coach and introduce you to Dublin.  We will make a visit to Trinity College where you can view the 7th Century Book of Kells and the magnificent library.   After our visit our rooms

should be ready to relax and freshen up before we meet for dinner this evening in our hotel.  (D) Ashling Hotel, Dublin

THUR 20  After breakfast we will make the short drive to Glasnevin Cemetery for a tour with a local guide to learn a little bit of Irish History and its hero’s who are buried here.  After our tour how about a pint next door at the Gravediggers Pub and some lunch.  The remainder of the afternoon and evening are free to enjoy all that Dublin has to offer. (B) Ashling Hotel.

FRI  21  This morning we say so long to Dublin and begin our journey north with our first stop at the ancient tombs at Newgrange.  After our visit and walk around we continue on to the capital city of Northern Ireland, Belfast. We’ll check into our hotel with time to relax or wander around before meeting for dinner in our hotel.. (B D) Europa Hotel, Belfast

SAT 22  This morning we will visit the Titanic Experience, a self guided tour showing you the building of the Titanic to its last moments.  After the tour we have a very special surprise for you this afternoon.  After our surprise it’s back to the hotel with the remainder of the evening free to check out the pubs and restaurants.  (B) Europa Hotel, Belfast

SUN 23  We depart Belfast this morning and head north again to the very tip of the Island to visit the magnificent Giants Causeway.  You can either walk or take the bus down to the bottom where you can explore this amazing site.  After our visit it’s time for some whiskey.  Just across the road is the Bushmills Distillery where we will enjoy a guided tour and a taste at the end.  It’s then on to our final destination of the walled city of Derry.  Tonight dinner is in our hotel. MON 24  We begin our day with a walking tour of Derry with a local guide.  Here

again you will learn of the troubles from it’s past and it’s hope for a great future.   After our tour Dave will take us on a scenic drive up along the inishowen Peninsula.  It’s then back to our hotel with the evening free. (B) Maldron Hotel, Derry

TUE 25  We leave Derry today and journey back into the Republic of Ireland to beautiful Donegal.  Enjoy the scenery as we make our way to Crolly and Leo’s Tavern home of Enya and Clannad.   Here we’ll enjoy a lunch before we continue on to Ardara and visit Triona Design Center where you can enjoy an Irish Coffee while doing some shopping and learn the trade of weaving the old fashioned way.  It’s then on to our final destination of Donegal town to check into our hotel and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon and evening.   Tonight we can walk up around the corner to the Reel Inn for some music.  (B L) Abbey Hotel, Donegal

WED 26  So long Donegal as we start heading south to County Galway.  We’ll make a short stop in Drumcliff, to the church and gravesite of W.B. Yeates.  We continue on to the village of Cong, home of the film The Quiet Man, featuring John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara.  We’ll enjoy a walking tour of some of the movie sights and after the tour enjoy a little fun as you try to re-enact some of the scenes.  It’s then on to Galway city to enjoy the rest of the afternoon and evening. THU 27  No bus today.  Sleep in and relax and enjoy this fantastic city at your  leisure. This evening we will meet and go the very short journey to enjoy the BEST entertainment in all of Ireland.  We will have tickets to Trad on the Prom.   (B) Jury’s Inn Galway

FRI 28 We depart Galway this morning and head back east to Dublin with stops along the way.  Tonight we will enjoy a farewell dinner in our hotel. Grand Hotel, Malahide (B&D)

SAT 29  Sadly our journey together has come to an end.  Dave will get us to the airport in plenty of time to check in.  For those with very early flights and not part of the group air, we will have to make other arrangements for you.

Cost: $2,775.00 per person sharing based on a minimum of 20 paying passengers.  If we do not reach the minimum a slight price increase would be necessary or the tour may be cancelled.  You will be notified 90 days prior.

Single Supplement : A single room is available for an additional  $750.00 and we are limited to 6 single rooms.  These are based on first come basis.
